Everything listed below is included in the rental of the studio space.  Cost listed below.

•    Phase 3 electrical power, 4 way plugs + cord reels at each table

•    Quilt walls – easy pinning and hanging up your quilts or artwork

•    Tables and chairs already set-up for 20 students plus teacher

•    Multi-media capabilities with projector, screen, speakers and            wireless headset

•    Space for painting – no worry floors, tables & chairs

•    Double sink with 2 faucets and 2 drying areas

•    Washer/Dryer

•    Outside drying area and dyeing area

•    Microwave and drink machine, small refridgerator

•    2 ironing stations with Rowenta irons and designated outlets

•    Cutting table -- 2 Olfa cutting mats & 2 Olfa 60 mm. cutters

•    Other rulers – all shapes and sizes

•    Omnigrid rulers – all sizes and shapes

•    Overhead projector

•    Mixed-media cabinet (reusables-stamps, marking tools, stamping tools, brushes, sponges, texture objects, etc…)


•    Wireless internet


Individuals: $5.00 per hour/per 4 ft. space (this is only if it becomes crowded or in a class - if you are the only one in there, feel free to take up as much space as you want!)

Group rate: $25 an hour during business hours,  $100 half day - 4 hour sessions, 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. Maximum $200 whole day - 8 hour session, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.


These are all available at extra costs:

    •    Thermofax machine for rent  
         ($10.00 per screen or 3 for $25.00) 

    •    Ink-Jet Printers for printing out photos on fabric 
         (free with purchase of printing fabric packs. Private lessons                available to work on printing out photo's for your specific project          and how to get the effect you want$20 an hour, contact Jane            at fabricartsstudio1@me.com or come by the Studio)

•    Longarm training and rental 
         (First training session - 3 hours for $75.00, hands-on, one-on-            one lesson on the HQ 16 - includes how to load a quilt, thread            and tension adjustment, setting up a groovy board to stitch an            overall pattern, stitching, unloading)
         (After the first training session, you can rent the machine out              for $25 an hour to quilt -- assistance is always nearby)
